Our Carbonic Petit Verdot reimagines one of Bordeaux’s most intense grapes into a vibrant, ultra-drinkable red. Fermented using carbonic maceration, this wine leans into freshness and lift rather than weight and grip, showcasing the playful side of our Happy Canyon fruit.

In the glass, it’s all crushed blueberry, black raspberry, and violets, with a hint of pepper and fresh herbs. On the palate, it’s juicy and energetic. Much lighter in body than classic Petit Verdot, with minimal tannins, bright acidity, and a sleek, mouthwatering finish. Serve it chilled alongside wood-fired pizza, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, or burgers.

A limited, single-vintage experiment from the estate, our 2024 Petit Verdot Carbonic is made for laid-back evenings, shared bottles, and “let’s open one more” moments.
