On the nose, vibrant aromas of black cherry and wild raspberry intertwine with bright notes of white pepper and fresh bay leaf. Hand-harvested from our most sun-exposed trellised blocks, the 2019 Cliff Hanger underwent a gentle, extended maceration to coax out silky tannins and layered aromatics. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine spent eighteen months in a selection of French oak to integrate wood nuance without overshadowing the vineyard’s signature purity.
