Elegance in Symmetry

A perfect 50/50 blend of head-trained Petit Verdot and Cabernet, this very elegant blend gives us a window into the most delicate and nuanced aromatics and flavors and showcases the harmony of our vineyard. A nose of purple flowers, soft red-currant, black raspberry, and subtle spice. The palate is generous, yet incredibly soft and noble.   

Aurrora Grimm meticulously tasted and selected two individual barrels of a specific spirit for this blend. Spicy and complex, it sports a beautiful ruby and purple hue. Red and black currant, savory herbs, iron and green tobacco leaf are just the beginning as this wine evolves. a very personal expression and collaboration between the Grimm’s and Winemaker Ernst Storm.
