This wine spent 9 months in stainless steel tank to preserve its bright character and fresh quality.  The nose is pronounced with classic aromas of, gooseberry, fresh green apple, lime rind and racy minerals. There is enough body to fill the senses and a crisp snap of tropical zest and intriguing spice that dances on the palate. The mouthwatering minerality is redolent of the wet river stones awash off the bluff below the vines The finish is long and full of vibrant layers.
